At Darcy DIY, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your DIY crafting products. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Inspection Upon Delivery
As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, please carefully inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify the delivery person immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. Including photos of the product is helpful for faster processing.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by Darcy DIY only if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items). Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
